Vegetarian Oriental Pocket

 

 

 

      5        ounces Beansprouts, chopped

      1/2     cup spinach, chopped

      1/2     cup celery, finely chopped

      1/4     cup carrots, thinly sliced

      1        tablespoon soy sauce

      1        tablespoon sour cream

      2        large pocket bread

Place vegetables and cheese in a bowl. Wisk together soy sauce and sour cream for dressing. Pour onto vegetables and mix until all vegetables are coated and well mixed together. Fill halved pocket bread and serve.

Recipe serves 2 (4 half pitas)
