Tofu Mandarin Stir Fry
 
1 1/2  tablespoons vegetable oil 
1        package (14 ounces) extra firm tofu, cubed
2        medium onions, thinly sliced
1        small green bell pepper, julienned
1        Organically Grown carrot, julienned
2        tablespoons vegetable broth
1 1/2  tablespoons Classic Stir Fry Sauce
1        tablespoons Mandarin Marinade
12      oz JONATHAN'S ORGANIC BEANSPROUTS

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add tofu and stir-fry until dry and beginning to brown. Add onion, pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add broth, Stir Fry sauce, marinade and Jonathan's Beansprouts. Cook until heated. Serve over rice or pasta.                                      Recipe Serves 4.
