1 package extra firm tofu, drained, pressed dry between towels, and julienne 2 tablespoons Mandarin Marinade 2 tablespoons high heat vegetable Oil 7 ounces JONATHAN'S BEANSPROUTS 1/3 cup Sweet & Sour Stir-fry Sauce 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained 3 scallions (whites and greens), julienne

Combine Tofu and Mandarin Marinade, let stand 30 minutes. Heat Oil on high in wok or large frying pan, swirling to coat sides of pan. Cook Tofu in oil 2 minutes until lightly brown. Add Beansprouts, Sweet & Sour Stir-fry Sauce and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Gently stir in half the oranges and half the scallions. Transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with remaining oranges and scallions. Serve on noodles. Recipe Serves 4 |
