SPROLLS

 

 

4    Slices of ALPINE LACE Low Sodium

      Swiss Cheese

4    teaspoons prepared guacamole, Gourmayo

     Wasabi Horseradish or mayonnaise

2    oz. JONATHAN’S ALFALFA OR BROCCOLI

      SPROUTS

16   toothpicks

 

Spread each slice of cheese with spread of your choice and place 1/2 oz. of Sprouts on the end of each slice. Roll up, Jelly roll style. Cut "sproll" into 4 equal slices and secure each mini-roll with a toothpick.     

                                                                                                                                   Makes 16 servings

 

Note: Sprolls can be made with a thin slice of ham, turkey or other deli meat. Use the same directions as above for cheese.
