Simple and Quick Cranberry Sauce

 

Boil without stirring for 5 minutes:

     1      cup sugar
     ½     cup water

 

Meanwhile in a food processor, blend well:
     ¼      cup water
     1      bag (8 ounces) JONATHAN’S ORGANIC

            CRANBERRIES
     1      teaspoon lemon juice

Add cranberry blend to hot syrup and boil for 5 more minutes.

 

 Recipe makes 1 ½ cups of sauce
