GOURMET BAGEL SANDWICH

Lox, Cream Cheese and Pea Shoots with Capers

 

 

1    split and toasted bagel

4    tablespoons light cream cheese

2    slices smoked salmon (2 oz.)

½   ounce Jonathan’s Pea Shoots

1    tablespoon capers

 

Spread the cream cheese and top with a slice of smoked salmon on each bagel half.  Arrange the Pea Shoots attractively on top of the salmon.  Sprinkle with capers and serve.
