Orange-Cranberry Sauce

 Combine in medium saucepan:

     1      bag (8 ounces) JONATHAN’S ORGANIC

             CRANBERRIES

     ¾     cup sugar
     2/3    cup orange juice

 

Bring to boil stirring constantly.

 

Mix together:
    
¼      cup sugar
     2      teaspoons cornstarch

     1      tablespoon shredded orange peel

Add the sugar and cornstarch mixture to the hot cranberry mixture and cook until sauce is thick (about one minute). Stir in the orange peel. Cool. Chill well before serving.

 

 Recipe makes 1 ½ cups of sauce
