1 bunch celery, washed and trimmed 4 ounces soft cream cheese ½ 2.5 ounce pack Jonathan’s Micro Onion Greens
Spread cream cheese into groove in celery and cut celery into bite sized slices. (To make celery rest cream cheese side up, you may want to slice a piece of celery off the bottom of some of the pieces.) Pull a pinch of onion greens out of the package, slice off the roots; then place the onions on the cream cheese and put “log” onto a serving platter.
Makes delicious hors d’oeuvres. |
