1 7oz container of fresh baby spinach 1 cup pineapple, chunks 1 cup seedless red grapes, removed from stems ½ cup pecan halves 1 ounce Jonathan’s fresh Micro Onion Greens*
Toss all ingredients in a large, party salad bowl. Dress salad with a Raspberry Vinaigrette just before serving. Recipe serves 10 *Chopping onion greens in half or thirds and separating by hand as you add them to the rest of the salad makes the salad easier to eat. |
