1    stalk of celery, cleaned & trimmed

        peanut butter

  1        4oz package Jonathan’s Munchin’ Mix

  1    apple cut into thin wedges

Slice a 3” piece off the celery stalk and fill groove with peanut butter. Put a few sprouted peas, lentils and adzuki beans on the peanut butter. Decorate a plate with peanut butter “log” and apple wedges for a child’s fantasy snack
