Fried Rice with Soy Sprouts

 

   

 
3   tablespoons vegetable oil 
1   onion, minced
1   clove garlic, minced 
2   stalks celery, thinly sliced 
1   cup mushrooms, thinly sliced 
1   cup JONATHAN'S ORGANIC BABY SOY 
    SPROUTS 
1   cup bok choy, chopped (optional)
1   cup JONATHAN'S ORGANIC PEA 
     SHOOTS, chopped
3   cups cooked rice
2   tablespoons soy sauce
 

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, baby soy sprouts, Bok Choy and pea shoots. Stir-fry 5 minutes. Add the rice and soy sauce. Cook until rice is heated, and serve.                       Recipe makes 4 main course servings or 8 side dishes
