     Champaign Glass Salad

Served at the International Sprout Growers Convention in Chicago, IL, USA - 2010

 

 

 

 

   

Cooked small prawns ------------- 100 g

Avocado (chopped) --------------------1

Tomato (chopped) --------------------- 1 

Mozzarella cheese -----------------100 g

Alfalfa sprouts-------------------------- 1 C

 

=Sauce=

Mayonnaise ------------------------ 1/2 C

Tomato sauce -----------------------1/8C

Worcestershire sauce -------------- 1 T 

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon juice --------------------------- 1 tsp

 

  1. Finely chop the ingredients (except alfalfa) and arrange in a champagne glass.

    2.   Spoon on the sauce and sprinkle on the alfalfa.
