2 tablespoons Wok oil or cooking oil 11/2 cups Bok Choy or Chinese cabbage, coarsely cut 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced 4 ounces pea pods, cut in half or thirds 3/4 cup pineapple chunks 7 ounces JONATHAN'S BEANSPROUTS 1/4 cup bottled Stir Fry Sauce |

Heat wok on high and add oil. Toss in Bok Choy and Mushrooms and stir fry for two minutes. Add Pea pods and pineapple chunks, stir fry two more minutes. Add Beansprouts and stir fry two more minutes, or until desired tenderness. Pour sauce on top, stir and serve on rice. Recipe Serves 2 If desired, pre-cooked protein such as tofu can be added with the Beansprouts, to re-heat and blend with the stir-fry. |
